Winter Interclub

Winter Interclub

The Tennis Northern Winter Senior Interclub competition runs from May to August.

Teams are split into grades, playing round robin matches every other week.

Singles
  • Mens – mutually agreed day/time/venue
  • Womens – mutually agreed day/time/venue
  • 7 rounds weekly
  • Enter individually
  • Play 1 singles match
  • Singles matches – Best of three 7 point tiebreak sets.
Doubles
  • Mens – Thursday @ 6:30pm
  • Womens – Thursday @ 6:30pm
  • Play every other week (once a fortnight)
  • Team of 4
  • Play 2 doubles matches (swapping partners)
  • Best of two 7 point tiebreak sets with a 10 point 3rd set super tiebreak if required.
Mixed Doubles
  • Saturday @ 1pm
  • Play every other week (once a fortnight)
  • Team of 2 men & 2 women
  • Play 1 same gender doubles match & 1 mixed doubles match
  • Best of two 7 point tiebreak sets with a 10 point 3rd set super tiebreak if required.

(no round Matariki weekend 9th July)
